Application

The number of participants is limited to 35. University and academic members, PhD and post-doc students should fill in the attached application form and send a short curriculum vitae (no more than two pages) to .

The deadline for applications is May 15, 2009. Applicants will be informed if they will be approved by May 31, 2009.

Scholarship

IASC-ERS and ESF travel and subsistence support for the active participation with poster presentation of PhD, post-doc students and young (aged 35 or under) European researchers is available. Scholarships are limited and are granted according to strictly defined IASC-ERS and ESF criteria.

The deadline for applications for scholarship is May 15, 2009. Participants will be informed by May 31, 2009.

Admission

The Organizing Committee will evaluate the applications and decide on the admission to the course on the basis of the submitted curriculum vitae. The admitted participants are expected to present their own results in a poster form. A school session will be organized comprising short oral presentations of all participants covering concisely their work.

Fees

Registration fees to participate in the IASC-ERS school are as follows:
• Student (Full Time)—300,00 €;
• University member—400,00 €;
• IASC member—400,00 €;
• Other—600,00 €.

Approved participants must pay their registration fee and make a room reservation.

The registration fee includes:
• participation and working materials;
• welcome party, conference banquet and coffee breaks;
• excursion: a half day visit to the town of Plovdiv.

The deadline for payment of registration fee and room reservation is June 30, 2009.
